Self Catering Cottage with 2 double bedrooms Sleeps 4
Very recently renovated & extended cottage near Plumaudan,
only 10-15 minutes from Dinan & 35 mins. to nearest beaches.
Situated on the edge of the pretty village of Plumaudan, the
cottage has been carefully restored to provide a very comfortable
holiday gite.
The original part has been converted to provide a sitting
room/ dining area with TV and wood burning fire.
Upstairs, bedroom, bathroom with shower, basin & WC.
The
new part comprises: fully fitted kitchen with full oven, microwave & washing machine, bathroom wth shower, basin & WC
and double bedroom. Pets not accepted.
Changeover Sat, arrival
after 4pm & departure 10am.
Getting there
The St. Malo ferry port is an half hour
drive away and Dinard Airport about 25 mins
Prices and booking information
Prices from £250 to £345
per week
Winter heating supplement £30
A deposit of 25% (non returnable) of the total holiday cost is required at
time of booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If booking is made late
ie within eight weeks of your arrival date then the whole amount is due.
Directions will be forwarded to you
10 days prior to your arrival.
We reserve the right to alter prices or conditions without prior notice
for non confirmed bookings.
Cancellations must be made in writing, the following charges will apply:
Six weeks prior to arrival date 50% of the total cost, less than six weeks
prior to arrival date 70% of the total cost.
