| About our region
From the apartment you can walk along the quay discovering the
many restaurants & shops. Up
in the fortified town of Dinan you have the old ramparts,
churches, museums and the narrow cobbled
streets of this lovely
town with its half-timbered house, plus many other attractions,
along with typical cafe street bars & even more resaurants.
Each Thursday is market day in the main square, this is a
wonderful experience if you make the time to visit.
A little further afield you have the beaches
at St. Cast & St.
Jacut just 20mins drive away. The beaches are uncrowded & offer
a variety of water sports such as scuba-diving, wind-surfing,
sailing & fishing. Golf is also available locally with
no less than seven courses to choose from.

This is a very well equipped two
bedroom 1st floor apartment situated in lovely Port of Dinan & consists
of:
Lounge/Dining area & corner kitchen.

Bathroom with over bath shower.
Separate toilet,
One double bedroom.
One twin bedded room.
You have a wonderful view of the port
from the lounge window.

| Bed linen is included in the price for each let,
50 units of electricity is also included & thereafter charged
at 20cents per unit the change over day is Friday. Guest are
welcome to arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival although it
may be possible to check in earlier by arrangement. The departure
time is 10am. Private car parking is available in your own garage;
please note this garage is not suitable for high roofed people
carriers & 4x4 type vehicles. |

Getting there
The St. Malo ferry port is an half hour drive away and Dinard
Airport about 25 mins. |

A deposit of 25% (non returnable)
of the total holiday cost is required at time of booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If booking
is made late ie within eight weeks of your arrival date then
the whole amount is due.
Directions will be forwarded to you 10 days prior to your
arrival.
We reserve the right to alter prices or conditions without
prior notice for non confirmed bookings.
Cancellations must be made in writing, the following charges
will apply:
Six weeks prior to arrival date 50% of the total cost, less
than six weeks prior to arrival date 70% of the total cost.
Because of the stone steps to the appartment it is not recommended
for children under the age of 5 years old. This is also a non
smoking property however you do have a small outside area where
you may smoke.
